The thing that I do not like about Brian's voice is that it sometimes sounds like he is doing a parody of himself.

A parody of himself? What does that mean?

You may have a point to an extent but have you ever heard the man talk?

Believe it or not, one of their best albums is Powerage. Not many people know that.

Richard: Nothing, I just prefer the other....

Barry: BULLCRAP!!!

Rob: How can it be "bullcrap" to state a preference????

Ill agree with that. I have waited for years to see AC/DC and at Download they were as unnecessarily over the top and shamelessly rock and roll as i would have both expected and hoped they would be.

Again that was unnecessary but i dont care, they have nothing left to prove in their old age and so can do whatever they want. Plus it allowed them to pimp it out exactly the way they wanted to and they certainly used that to their full advantage. And of course their mega expensive stage show didnt put the price of my ticket up so no complaints from me at all.

the style of ac/dc is unique. very dynamic. no other band plays rock like they do. i don't mean they are the best technically but they never copied anyone but others tried to copy them here and there.

Early AC/DC sounded very much like a basic version of Led Zeppelin. Most bands have copied others to varying degrees.

However simple they sound though and however much people moan "oh its the same chords,Oh Bon Scott was better than Brian" or the typical complaints we've all heard about them.
Theyre good at what they do.no,theyre GODS at what they did and still do.
and its the simpleness but perfection of it that makes it so incredible.

"Its a long way to the top if you wanna Rock'N'Roll"..
