Pink Floyd vs. Led Zeppelin
 

:bowdown:Ok so both rock and kick us, both have amazing lyrics. One uses nice chords and rhythms, the other one uses distortion and have fast solos. They have song that kick anyone's ass except each other. But which one is better?

We have a limit as to how many people can post VS threads because otherwise the forum becomes swamped in them.

If you can come back with a proper detailed thoughtful post explaining why you feel the need to compare them and with what their differences are , then i'll leave it open.

they r very different in style, so it's very hard, and actually useless in my opinion to even try to make a comparison...it's like comparing Liverpool FC with Boston Celtics, they may both use balls, but it's a different sport

Both use distortion and so has every rock band since the 60's. nice chords? what is nice Chords? Simple scales? Fast solos? Zeppelin? Floyd?

All Vs threads are usually deleted for a reason-this is why.

The moderator vs users thread

The moderator is being festive for once. If two very similar bands are put forward and then a reasoned argument put forward then i will listen. Zep and Floyd are completely different except for the time frame that they shared.

Well this would be an interesting debate in terms of comparing\contrasting and relating reactions to the music, but not as versus thread. I'm closing it.
