Default Soda Stereo

Have you people had a go at this band? For those who haven't, they were a pretty well-known South American rock band -a shred of pop in their music as well- whose music I find simply mind-blowing. Cerati, their singer, didn't sing in English, though: that was the snag. He (also an interesting guitarist) had a stroke in 2010 and has been in a deep coma since then. I really long for a miracle cure, since not just his music but also his voice were beyond amazing, as well as his solo albums, which were wondrous too. I highly recommend Soda Stereo and Gustavo Cerati: his music will be a balm for your soul through your ears.

Gustavo Cerati - Karaoke - YouTube

As simple as awesome! Part of his solo career.

I was a big fan of Sueño Stereo when it came out. Nice to see these guys mentioned here! Spanish language music doesn't get nearly enough love around this place.

100% in agreement, Janszoon! "Sueño Stereo" was their last album. It was a pretty good one indeedy. I'm aware that lots of people aren't used to listening to Spanish language music but I reckon this band is worth it!
