Default Who are these guys from the 60/70's?

From the 12th Annual Bay Area Music Awards 1989. Also at the awards were Carlos Santana, John Lee Hooker, John Fogerty, Steve Miller, Neil Young, Sammy Hagar. Just so you know what kind of company the artist(s) in question were hanging with, thanks. Dave

I'm new on the forum, but gathered some info for you.
Carlos Santana did '70's rock, played great guitar, listen to Black Magic Woman
John Lee Hooker did serious Blues. Listen to Boom, Boom, Boom
John Fogerty fits in '80's southern rock, check out Fortunate Son
Steve Miller (Band) '80's rock. Play Abracadabra
Neil Young '70's easy rock, Heart of Gold
Sammy Hagar played some serious guitar. Check out I Can't Drive 55.

The guitarist might be Joe Satarini if the pictures I saw match. He apparently shaves his head now. The singer looks familiar but I have no clue on who he might be, maybe someone from the old San Francisco 60's scene.

I know it's not Joe Satriani. It could be one of the many Shrapnel Records recording artists of the era, like Joey Tafola or David T Chastain. There are quite a few that fit the mold with that hair and an Ibanez.
