Hi,

I suggest you have a look through this section of the forum:

Rock N Roll, Classic Rock & 60s Rock - Music Banter

There are many threads in there concerning classic rock songs and bands that I think would help answer your question.

yeah how hard is it to read the rules damn. i'm starting to notice this happening a lot here.

plus most classic rock usually means boring rock.

It's ok, I think the fact that you're trying to contribute is excellent and we like it!
Just to add to the list for when this gets merged, I'll say one of my favourites is the incredibly famous but still awesome is "'39" by Brian May/Queen - it's vocal harmonies is fantastic and I think it's one of the best pieces played on a 12 string guitar in that period.

what does it take to be a mod here? because i have an idea of where i could merge this. it is in the archive. right above the forum about country, which i completely agree with whoever put it there.
