Robert Plant

I love Zep and most of all Plant and his 4 octave voice:band: What do you guys think of his voice?

boris jawaka 09-02-2005 08:54 PM

yeah its good but to me his voice wasnt developed enough to sing "babe im gonna leave you" on led zeppelin

i think they should have re-attempted it when his voice had matured

Dude, his voice is NOT 4 octave, freddie mercury was a 4 octave singer, plant isn't, this i can assure you...but anyway technical mumbo jumbo aside i think plant is a fantastic vocalist, one of my favorites and one of the greats...Led Zeppelin II and III have some of his best vocal performances...Zep IV and I as well.

yeah, I dont like his singing on 1 that much - still, its better than the background vocals on Communication Breakdown

White people should never, never, never sing the blues. I for this reason hate Led Zeppelin and Elvis
