Milo Goes To College is by far the best Descendents release to date. Nothing will ever beat it but Everything Sucks was also a very very good album.

Although the locust may not be "noise punk" they are definitely my favourite "noise" band. I strongly recommend buying a copy of Plauge Soundscapes or to download a copy.
