the band i've been listening to the most lately is US Christmas, but i still wouldn't refer to them as my favorite.

that will probably always be a tie between Black Sabbath and the Melvins

it should come as no surprise that this 2009 album is a subpop release... it harkens back to the heyday in the mid-to-late 80s of early grunge/punk. the opening track sounds like bleach-era nirvana...
