what about 'Sunshine in the rain' by BWO...they're not new, but their music's great..really upbeat and disco-ish...if you like electro then check out La Roux...

I listened to Bertie Blackman recently...I like her song 'Byrds of Prey'...sounds a lot like Muse...but her songs have more percussion in them...more tribal drums...

I don't understand french....but I think her music is hauntingly beautiful...it's like you know what she's saying without having to 'know'....highly recommended if you like...
