I'd say the Dolls. :)

Great post, thanks for sharing. I can totally understand a Kiss fan saying there's nothing like the first three albums.

At that point, they were a band, not a brand. It must have been awesome...

Yes, I have a slight preference for 80s Rush over their 70s output as well.

I think Zeppelin's first album is still their best to this day. However, I'm perfectly fine with only having their first four albums and the BBC Sessions. I like Zep, but I definitely don't love 'em....

Where is Natural Science on this list?

On Permanent Waves, they proved that they didn't need to take up a whole side again to create another "epic". LESS can definitely be MORE. In short...

I'd say the Stones, The Beatles, The Who, then the Kinks. Like rubber soul said, The Zombies and The Hollies are certainly worth mentioning as well.

Let's not forget The Yardbirds and The Animals...

Hmm...I'd have to pick three:

3. 2 Minutes To Midnight (1984)--Iron Maiden

2. Victim Of Changes (1976)--Judas Priest

1. War Pigs (1970)-- Black Sabbath
