i suppose a person could buy non-processed meat or grass feed. the fancy stuff but its still prolly not good to eat it raw. in my opinion :)
Edit: wouldnt all meat be a process to cut off the animal...

i went to the famous wahlburgers place in brooklyn a few years ago and it was tasty. five guys has the best though and then chick fil a or bk for the best chicken sandwich.
