Okay, I'm actually listening to some jazz albums circa 1959 and I hate to burst your bubble, Occult, but so far, Kind of Blue only rates as the third best jazz album of 1959 so far behind Take Five...

I'll go with an 8. It is a good album but I have heard better jazz albums from the same period, notably Blue Train from Coltrane. Still, this is the best album I've heard from Miles so far.
