He's playing in Birmingham which is about a 50 minute drive. I don't know anyone to go with me though :(

If it's instrumental it would probably bore me TBH. The vocals are just as integral and probably even more so in Blues music.

He's in his 80's now and I would doubt if he travels outside of America now. I need to seriously expand my blues collection sometime.

I would have loved to see an old blues master on stage as that's where the real magic happens with the blues I think. I have a live version of 'The Thrill Is Gone' by B.B King and it absolutely blows...
