Oops, not sure why/how MM got left off the list. Melvins are from Montesano, WA, which is just outside of Aberdeen, WA where Nirvana is from. Both about 100 miles southwest of Seattle.

Yeah it's not seedy at all. Some areas are dirtier than others as with any city, but I would never call it a seedy city. Violent crime is pretty low as well. Damn right about the music scene though,...

No way! What's wrong with you? I guess I could see that depending on what part of the world you're in, but I assume your winter weather is pretty similar to mine. Dark, overcast, and drizzly.
