I think there are , It`s just people are always banging on about the good old days so much.

People are afraid to stick their necks out & so they carry on being safe listening to albums 30 or 40...

How naive are you?

MTV is a commercial station run by sponsers , it`s not their job to find new music. It`s their job to show what sells & what`s popular , which most of the time is pre packaged...

I pay no attention to the likes of MTV or anything like that & up until a couple of months ago had no idea who maroon 5 were or what songs they sing.

I never considered it a loss.
