I heard this is how he used to dress in the 70s.
Also I agree on George Clinton being a crackpot. You have to admire him though....

Alright, came across this pic of Dr John and the picture caption on the page i found it on read 'Dr John is of no relation to George Clinton'.
Can sure see the resemblance though.
