There is no way someone should mix it up with 7/8. It doesn't even make sense, "Money" isn't the least bit complex...It's 7/4 (most), end of story, you don't know what 7/8 is if you think otherwise....

There is no 13/4, you have to draw a line somewhere. It is most probably 7/4 and 6/4 or whatever and I hope 8/5 was a typo. I think the winner for the amount of time signature changes is Dream...
