You may want to skip their first two albums unless you like the hardcore/crossover thrash styles. Things start to get really moving on the "Souls at Zero" album with its Wicker Man inspired cover!...

I think Neurosis are one of the best metal bands...

I think Neurosis are one of the best metal bands to have ever existed and "Souls at Zero" is a great album, but their very best two have to be "The Eye of Every Storm" and "Through Silver in Blood"....
