So she had 2 dogs, then got a puppy and is now rehoming one of the older ones?! WHY?! If she doesn’t have the rescources for 3 then she shouldn’t be getting a puppy. She sounds like a bitch.

People who get pets and rehome them constantly really really piss me off. I have a few acquintances who do things like that and no matter how much I tell them it’s a bad idea they go and ****ing do...
