Absolutely. I actually pointed out in another thread the concepts of Pigs on the Wing I & II being bookends for the whole album. Another way of looking at it is prologue and epilogue, but It's great...

I agree, although it's really hard to judge Animals on a song by song basis. As an album it really is one of the most coherent "whole" pieces of contemporary music.
