Which is what I'd basically agree with. It's a derivative of rock 'n roll which uses "noise" segments to emphasize fleeting moments of monorhythm...

Are any of the Grindcore fans here familiar with Watchmaker? They play straight-forward grindcore, but the musicianship is quality, and the songs actually have some variety without genre blending.

World Downfall is a great record, but I'd take Horrified over it anyday. Really, I'd take Horrified over any grindcore album, and over most any album of any genre.

But, yeah, I forgot Terrorizer....
