Is there a way to allow users to enable/disable youtube videos from their profiles in the way that we can disable signatures? This is another potential route around the issue.

Is there a way to partition that rule to a certain forum? Youtube videos limited only outside of Editor's Pick? It seems possible, given we are able to limit post-approval there.
