As much as I love both At the Gates and 90s...

As much as I love both At the Gates and 90s metalcore their influence definitely helped to ruin the genre.

King Crimson is definitely a dumb addition but proto-metal like Zeppelin is acceptable and Dirt is in fact a metal album that's fine.

I like the Junkee list for not being traditional...

I like the Junkee list for not being traditional and there aren't any objective answers for a top 100 but I imagine it's not what you're looking for, you can toss the Kerrang and Metal Hammer lists...
