If you're talking Classical, rip some violin pieces and play them on guitar. Bach's Partia soloes are great fun to play with an axe, expecially if you wank up the gain and play them like a real rock...

Hmm, fair enough. My fretting arm is strong enough anyway (leftie) so I probably wouldn't have to worry about it as much, but then again, I did learn partially on an acoustic.

Acoustics can be a real killer on your fingers...

Acoustics can be a real killer on your fingers though. And it's harder to learn things like string bending and high notes on them.
