Sure, their music has a more mainstream appeal than Radiohead, i know a lot of people who love Muse but dont really like Radiohead.

Im a big fan of both myself.

Well to me, the only truely remarkable similaritys are between Thom Yorkes and Matt Bellamys vocal style, but you should check out The Bends, its a lot more guitar oriented and works better as a Hard...
