While I haven't found many of his albums truly solid from start to finish yet, "filler" would be a bit too harsh a word for many of the songs that I don't quite think are all that great.

I'm kinda disappointed in this album, to be frank. Given where it comes in Bowie's timeline; right between his "weird" albums and his dancey pop albums, it should have been something much more...
