Soy milk, Rice Milk, and almond milk are all really good alternatives.

Are you seriously interested in what milk substitutes people drink, or just really bored and making conversation. I don't drink milk so I just have black-coffee e.t.c. Milk alternatives scare me a bit. E.g. 'Rice milk'! WTF?

I like to drink buttermilk no cap,, ,seriously, I'll buy it buy the quart and even half gallon if its available...I can drink a whole quart in a sitting. ...wish you could buy it by the gallon.
