Piano theme in a technical Youtube video

Hello everyone:

I keep seeing this video. The user of this channel uses some sort of piano music i would like to find out it's name. You can hear in the beginning on the video and around minute 24:00 when he removes some piece of this b&o deck.

You can see it here. I tried music recognition for this and no one seems to recognize it.
