I'm sorry to inform you that the person at hand is flailing to attempt the lyrics of an 'An@rch1 PuNx' song.

They do not have the threshold to be witty and therefore resort to calling the place retarded whilst throwing in a reference to booze and a swearword.
The cretin feels it's job is done and then proceeds to ask their sister if it resembles loosely something the Sex Pistols would write. The sister, shaken by hearing 'the tru wrd of pun7k' unknowingly encourages the true idiocy of the eager green day fan, aspiring to fill billy joe's eyeliner-laden eyes with adoration.
