id say its more dead milkman-ish than blink 182. theres a few good lines in it, i dont think you got the timing all the way down though.

I think you kind of missed the point of the song there. It was a spoof of punk-the fact that this girl was all punk and trying to be different and the guy was trying to fit in. i just thought it was abit of a fun song. and fenix i realise about the timing. check out the post i made HOW AM I SLIPPING UP? on the song writing forum also to give me a bit of help please.

I thought it was hilarious...even if I didn't know that it was a spoof. I got a chuckle out of it. Come on, it's not that bad. Would be even better if it was to the tune of some highly over-rated mainstream punk band's song...not naming any names.
