I find myself
Face to face with an angel
Everytime I look into her eyes
Those beautiful blue eyes
I see an angel
Gazing back at me

Her long blonde hair
And her soft white skin
The way she smiles and the way she laughs
I'd do anything to keep her this way
I'm face to face with an angel
And in her beautiful blue eyes I see the sad truth

Has my angel forsaken me?
Why can't she see what I can see?
Our hearts could beat as one
We could be the meaning of love

But I know she can never be with me
'Cuz she's an angel and I'm just the average man
But I still just sit here wondering
