Default Willingly and Some

See a cloudless dream in apathy.
I hear your voice below the blanket,
your eyes, such sunlit gleam, and emerald green.
Your shining hair amongst the seat right next to
me. Your subtle hands, your silly plans
to make the storm above pass willingly and
slow. From years before, a boy endures
an opportunity to culminate and

See an endless stream, a symphony.
A finger pointing in the sole direction
of a broken heart, a shattered start.
Another conversation stemmed from graying
thoughts. Your rising lips. Your fingertips.
The tapping beats upon the table in my
house on New Years Eve, with weathered leaves
crunching hastily below us so we'll

See a thousand trees, and sympathy.
Two sheltered dogs escaping willingly and
cold. I've fallen far behind your car.
Behind a broken gas tank, gauge is on
empty. I slowly see the ache in me
from that January afternoon you
told of sugar mold and twelve years old.
And an accident wreaked havoc on us.

See how morning seems so oddly.
I read a book only to impress you and
though one thing is true; I'd die for you..
The tattered flag above flows willingly and
bold, like crippling trees, my mother's knees.
And Axl singing paranoia from his
lips. The fabric rips, and I hold your hips.
And say "I'm sorry for your trouble", then you

See the graveyard's green melody.
A whittled basket drops beneath your dress and
breaks and makes a sound and tears your gown.
And makes us slowly see the scenery so
bright in morning light, and angels might
move us out of this sarcastic sheltered
fear. But if they don't, I'll let you go.
And I'll slowly grow so willingly and old.

"I read a book only to impress you and

I loved those lines, they were the most simple lines in the whole song but they wee the best. It was a pretty good song, flows really nicely.
