The Bite

The rider looked
Into metallic darkness
In the abyss.
He then fell
And splintered,
Falling like heaps of whores debauched en masse
But flew still
And made it back to-gether
All humpty-dumpty like.
He drove his spear fast
To chase the dragon, falling faster
Which was red, like himself
And blue, like the waning moon.
The abyss then swallowed our dear rider
Not to let him go.
Knowing that, he chased his dragon
Bringing pain to it
And sadly, himself too.
He brought his spear to the great king's flesh
And thrust inside
Revealing a sad, lonely child
Of ages past
And long ago.
The beast roared, flipped and screeched
And rent dear rider to hell once more.
While falling faster the dragon not noticed
The ever-approaching misty moor.
The rider never caught up again
So sad it was, his demise.
He knew his fate and drew instead
A picture of life's great past
His hand he pulled
And his fingers responded.
They too pulled
On the metal harbinger
Which served the rider
And brought him to life once more.

About riding the white pony & ODing?... I love the symbolism in this as well - it brings such imagery. I like romanticizing debauched acts. They're deep rooted, like, no happy or sane person would do all that, there's a parking lot behind every debauched act. This piece illustrates that.
