Aha- very blunt.
But yeah,, basically the jist of it..
Just wanted to see if what I was writing actually lined up with what I was thinking (:

Hey hey,
Sorry, didnt know ;)

So I have another lyric, and Im not sure what to think of it yet...
I think I could go on to record it with my uke and stuff (have a bit of a melody played out for it).
Could someone tell me what they think?

"I’ll strike the match,
You hold it to the gasoline,
We’ll run like hell and see how the city feels,
For once…

I’ll take the wheel,
We’ll drive heading for the stars,
Turn the radio up sing till we’re far,
Away…

And we know,
The world will come around some day,
And we know,
The neon lights won’t keep us away,

‘Cause we know we’re heading for the stars,
And we won’t give up until it’s ours,

This city is dead,
There’s nothing left for me,
Don’t know why I don’t just ****ing leave,
Tonight…

So pack your bags,
We’re leaving this town,
Going, going without a sound,
They won’t remember us no they won’t care,
At all…

Cause we know,
The world will come around some day,
Yes we know,
The neon lights cant keep us away…

Cause we know, we’re heading for the stars"

Thanks :)

This is the actual piece of music Im using for the lyrics,
It's not completely perfect, lots of mistakes and things to be worked at, and its only a ukulele part ;)

Bumping .
