Hey guys, i am havin insane writers block.. and i have to make a composition for friday could anyone help me?

i wrote this ages ago and want to use it for a chorus

i want the song to be about a book i read, this girl has so much attention because of her illness and its too much for her to handel it all she wants is piece

and at the end her boyfriend (can be anyone) takes her to the beach and 'smiles are throughout her face.' i dont know i just need help on verses and structure
oh and a prechorus
