Few More Songs

Some more of my stufff

Danced Distraction

Don’t fire until you hear their hollow hearts beat
We’re low on supplies at the front line

This so called modernity
Collapsed card houses sing your sorrow
Relax posterity
You won’t be needed here

You’ve danced distraction for too many lifetimes
Break your legs and burn your eyes
How would you live the last night of your life?

Skin hits the pavement, a shower of sparks
The light refracts showing me your true colors
I’ll be the one to shave seconds off your darkest hour

Bleed black! The crowd cries
To sait their bloodlust anything goes
Fix bayonets and storm the beach
All for you my dear, I’ll die for this

This half-thought modernity
Divided card houses scream silent
Relax posterity
You won’t be needed here

Epoch Pass Like White Lines On The Road

The next time our blessing burn
I swear I’ll fight back
When all we’ve built comes crumbling
I’ll unlock your chains

I’ve seen that everything has lost its meaning without her
Help me be so far from her I can’t hear

Epochs fade like the sun
And I can’t see it, it’s too bright
Time and space unite against me
And I shall do battle without you

In so much as a whisper I can feel the earth shake
Its as fluttering as it’s fading
And failing

No Radio Wave

midnight serenades only mean so much
when you’ve lost your voice

unholy hymns parade impurity
and my cross is again drenched in your gasoline

we’ll all play the victim
save me from myself

tear off a portion of the pattern we created
and set it ablaze with a stare
I stand in awe of you
I freeze in wonder

Overseas is out of mind
Distance is no radio wave
I can still hear your heartbeat
10,000 miles away, and I still smile

these are just a filler to be honest. Not some of my best. However before the summer is out, I'll have finished my masterpiece, tenativly titled, "What I Saw From The Vantage Point Of Alexander Romanov". With a name like that it has to be good right?

Pretty good to read. I'm really interested in seeing how your lyrics flow with the music you all put out.
