Default My Plagiarism worries

OK, So I'm writing a song which is based on ''If the sky is burning out'' from Air Combat 22(In the Ace Combat series) and ''Milk and Alcohol'' by Dr Feelgood. OK. I Worry that I could be plagiarizing those songs though. But If I add Citations, and say that the work is not completely original, and that it is not my own work and it's more of a mash-up, parody sort of thing. Then it's not plagiarism right? BTW: The name for my band is Friendly Roman Countrymen, and I will probably establish it next year, it's a play on words from Shakespeare's ''Julius Caesar'', which was also in Frank Turner's ''I still believe''. ''Here ye, here ye. Friends and Romans, Countrymen. Lend me your ears!!!''. All I just need is some help. That's all.

Here is this ''If the sky is Burning out'' Song.

I'm just waiting for a response. I'm patient, don't worry.
