Can't remember a song title
 

I've had a song stuck in my head for ages but can't for the life of me remember the title or artist. Please help!! It has a part where the singer narrates a story about walking along a street and meeting a guy who's rich and has lots of fancy possessions, but wants what the singer has, but the singer says he can't buy what he's got - which turns out to be soul, then the backing singers sing s-o-u-l

I believe the song is called 'Soul parts 1 and 2' and the band is called S.O.U.L. - it can be found on a comp called Adventures of the Funk Soul Brothers - along with many other comps I'm sure.
