Spoiler for the post:
Spoiler for A note about goa/psytrance:
As for goa trance, psychedelic trance:

as well as psy-ambient

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychedelic_trance

I learned a good bit about one of my newer favorite genres, but wikipedia and the like make it really confusing to get a firm grasp on how they came to be.

Goa Trance - Hallucinogen's "Demention"

Psychedelic Trance - Shpongle's "Divine Moments of Truth"

Psybient/Psychill - Celtic Cross' Jade Garden

-------------------

G-Funk - Warren G's "Regulate" (f. Nate Dogg)

Hyphy - DJ Shadow's "3 Freaks" (f. Turf Talk, Keak da Sneak)

Midwest Hip-Hop - Tech N9ne's "Slacker"

Nerdcore Hip-Hop - MC Frontalot's "Nerdcore Rising" (f. Jesse Dangerously and MC Hawking)

This explains nerdcore a little as well, along with being another song.

Turntablism - DJ Shadow's "Walkie Talkie"

Wonderin if you caught this, Conan?

It was the last post on the last page

Turntablism - Beautiful Ugly Sound by D-Styles

From his album 'Phantazmagorea', which was for all purposes, the first major all-scratched full length album release. This is the opening track on the album, and although there are plenty of tracks to pick from, I figured this was as good as any.

I was going to suggest Get Hurt by No Age but I'll have to upload it to youtube. Not that I strongly disagree with Japanther but I feel there could be a better fit since I feel the tracks more on the garage rock side.

I had already suggested this dj shadow track but the list hasn't been updated yet. Your track was cool, too, but I admittedly never heard it before. Maybe we could vote or some such? My biased vote goes to walkie talkie, for bein' badass.

I agree. Does anyone have an account on playlist? I am tired of hearing my own play-lists, curious if anyone else has a good one they would want to share.
