I've been researching the soundtrack for Slingblade trying to find the tune that plays as Karl is sharpening up the mower blade, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I wanted to see if that was guitar, and if so was it Dwight Yoakams guitar player Pete Anderson.

Pretty good soundtrack in all, but that track in question is moving.

Yeah, I'd have to hear it. That one may be the tune they're playing with the makeshift band in the garage at night in the movie. The tune I'm talking about has pretty much just a guitar sound, and some ambient keys in the BG (I think).
