That was the most boring finals in a decade. I hope its two new teams altogether.

The Heat will be there next year, but I really doubt the Mavs will be.

From the west: Lakers or Thunder.

Seriously?

More boring than the Spurs-Cavs debacle in 2007?
More boring than the Spurs-Pistons series in 2005?
More boring than the finals from 2000-2003 when it seemed that the Western Conference Champion was guaranteed to win?

The last decade or so had a boatload of boring finals but this was not one of them.

Yes. More boring then all of those games listed. I disagree, especially about the Lakers wins.

Wow.... I don't even know what to say to a person that would have honestly rather watch the Spurs sweep a Cavs team that was lucky to be there than this series.

Of course you would pick the Laker wins as more entertaining since you are from So. Cal.

Well besides the obvious of being a Lakers fan, i thoroughly enjoyed watching Lebron get spanked and swept in the Finals. Quite the contrary.

That makes more sense, but this series seemed to be more humiliating for Lebron than the Spurs series.

No one was expecting Lebron's team to win and his jackassery still was in the closet.

I really didn't care who won this Finals. I am not really on the hate Lebron bandwagon, I think it boils down to people thinking hes the next messiah that kind of bothers me. He certainly is a very talented player, and a physical specimen in the highest degree. I still think hes gotta improve his outside shooting still in crunch time and definitely needs to get his post game to a higher standard. Hes clearly top 5 in the league.

I never wanted to see him fail because of the Decision either, Thats his prerogative to move to a championship caliber squad and he did it.

You must be new to basketball. Nearly every game was decided in the closing seconds, including some crazy come-backs. That was a very entertaining series. Don't worry though, it'll be an Orlando/Oklahoma series next year.

Actually i've been watching basketball since 77. I didn't find any of the games to be very entertaining. They can be close, but when they are scoring on the average of 85 pts, it gets a bit slow. I think Oklahoma could get over the hump next year, but i don't see Orlando going to the Finals. I would have much rather watched Oklahoma play in the finals, they have a very exciting uptempo game and some great young players.
