I think Kobe is definitely a dirty player. Is he intense and does he have a killer instinct? Yes, more so than probably any other player. But he's not shy about throwing elbows either.

Joe Smith is a free agent
Varejao is going to ask for 10 million
And Z will be another year older

This offseason is going to be really important to see if the Cavs will remain contenders. If they let Varejao walk, it's over. Don't even bother watching the Cavs next year.
