Holy crap CBJ closed to within 4-3 but couldn't get the game to OT. They did prove that they belong in the playoffs, I'm sure their fans are looking forward to '14-'15

Well I'm listening to Rangers/Flyers game 6 at work on my phone/bluetooth, and late in the 2nd period it's 3-0 Flyers. If this holds up there will be 3 (count 'em) game sevens tomorrow night.
As I typed this on my phone, Simmonds just got the hat trick and Philly went up 4-0. Looking good for the third game seven tomorrow.

So I'm wondering when was the last time there were 3 game sevens in one night, I tried googling it but didn't find any conclusive results one way or the other.
I'm picking Flyers/Avs/Sharks (which is probably good news for Rangers/Wild/Kings) And as for the team in silver and black, I know they're not popular here but IMO they deserve props for taking the series seven games coming as they did down 3-0.

So I went 3/8 in the first round haha. Dang last year I was 8/8. Oh well, this first round was nothing if not entertaining (even if my cup champ sharks lost
 )On a side note the second round is going to be super boring comparative to the first. I'm not even really interested in the bruins/habs series really.. I can see all of these series not getting past 5 games. Nyr, Bos, chi, la are my picks. |

I have Bruins/Penguins and Blackhawks/Kings, but only if LA plays at the level they were playing ganes 4-7. If they don't maintain that level then Ducks.
