I'm taking Kimbo by a mile. Tank is way past his prime (and his prime was nothing to brag about). Kimbo is younger and has been training with MMA legend Bas Rutten for over a year now.

Kimbo is my boy. He really left his other life in the background and is really serious about his MMA Career..Will you be able to upload the fight or anything after..I dont know where I would be able to watch it.

Most likely, I'm a member on a few MMA and wrestling forums that usually have the links up the day after the fight, so I'll give 'er a try.

MMA is Mixed Martial Arts. UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) is an organization which features MMA. They have wrongly become synonomous in recent years though, since UFC is the largest MMA organizaion on the planet.


And as for the fight, Kimbo KO'd Tank in 43 seconds of the 1st round.

yea, Kimbo rocked him pretty good there. But I'd like to see him fight a worth opponent. I wanna see his ground game etc.

During the PPV, the commentators teased a future bout between Kimbo and Ken Shamrock :O

Hahaha I would love to see Sham come in with is overly arrogant attitude..and get layed out.

Shamrock DOES have a 4 fight contract with EliteXC. He's schedule to fight next month against a no-name, so it's a definite possibility that this HW match-up could take place. EliteXC also has Ricco Rodriguez, so Kimbo may get a legitimate opponent after all.

well kimbo absolutely dominated tank. i finally seen it on youtube the other day. any fight lasting under a minute is usually disappointing.

There is a bout scheduled for the two to fight Oct. 4.

The tank fight was garbage. Tank only fights for money now, but in his prime (10 years ago) I think it would have been a good fight.

I also think that if Sham can take it to the ground he'll submit Kimbo, but if he stands up with him, he'll pretty much get the Kimbo beast fist in his eye.

The tank fight did suck, but it was a gimmick bout designed to push Kimbo, nothing more. But it did prove Kimbo has an iron chin. He took Tank's famous right hand and hardly blinked (if you dont believe it famous, ask John Matua).

But in all likelihood, Kimbo will destroy Ken. In his last fight against Berry, Shamrock go KO'd by a JAB! If kimbo connects with anything on the chin then its over. Ken's only chance is a leg-lock submission on the ground. But if kimbo twists out of it and starts hammer-fisting kenny's face, it lights out.
