what do they call it when you rep a certain amount of weight, then take some of the weight off and rep it again? I did 4 sets of this and after i was done i felt like i was in a whole different world. It was crazy hard to do.

I'm so tired right now

I maxed out today at 170 pounds on bench press.

What does everyone else max out at?

I was heavily into training then onto power lifting around 6 or 7 years ago and was lifting some pretty heavy weights mainly training to lift heavy on the Bench, Deadlift and Squats but ended up giving up as it was taking over my life and with the arrival of my second child i just didn't have the time. I am paying the price now though as i had to have both of my knees operated on in the last 2 years due to damaged tissue and cartliage and find i eat far too much due to the amount of calories and protien had to get in while i was training. I keep threatening to get back into the training but i manage to keep in fitt..ish by playing squash and cycling.

This thread is a reminder that I actually need to excercise. I do play Badminton but need to hit the gym. I usually do pilates stretches after cardio.
