Wrestling being removed from Olympics
 

Hey everyone

If you're reading this I'm guessing you gave even a little interest in the sport of wrestling.

Well now's your time to have your say about it being taken out of the Olympics regardless of the fact of its the oldest sport in the games and is being replaced by Golf.

Stupid money. What happened to real things that we can enjoy. gosh, people care more about money than anything else. When you focus only on money, well I will just say you will rotten.

The doping tests might be a problem though.

The Iron Sheik wasn't happy on twitter. Someone's going to get humbled.

Things that should not be in the olympics.

Any sport with animals.

Team sports (2 or more people on a side). Exception: beach volleyball.

And judging based events. If you want to keep them make a way to have the score not subject to perception (highest/number of spins/gymnastic hurdle type races etc).

Golf, darts.

Any non physcial event.

So if someone could forward this to the olympic committee pronto that'd be brill thanks.

No one really gives a ****/ they're not taken seriously.
Olympics are more about the limits of individual human physical prowess and skill IMO. Team sports rely on far more than brilliance, it's the managers, the squad, lack of injuries, squad depth.......too much politics. There is no absolute way to determine the "best". (ie fastest/strogest/furthest etc) out of a group.

It just doesn't fit.

Football is the only thing I watch in the Olympics, leave team sports alone. It would most likely be back the next time, adding golf is ridiculous, but with all the supporters they'll probably manage to get it back in time.
