I have so many injuries on my left leg, it's tough to run without limping. Torn achilles from stepping into a hole while running at full speed, separated hamstrings from doing donuts on a dirt bike and my foot stuck in a hole, inner thigh muscles torn apart from a head-on collision where the handle bars connected at high speed.
Now, I just run my mouth. Biking is where it's at though. Low impact. |

I still do some 5k's once in a while, but not as many as before I got back into discing. More walk than running and back when I smoked, I just wanted to get back to my cigs.
