Nut up and go into nature. You aren't going to be eaten, I pinky swear. If you come across a cat, just go psycho for a second and scream at it. That should scare it off.

Bobcats aren't werewolves.

Offer it a hit off of your joint, but only if it's a cool cat.

Its name is Bob. It's probably a narc.

I have so many injuries on my left leg, it's tough to run without limping. Torn achilles from stepping into a hole while running at full speed, separated hamstrings from doing donuts on a dirt bike and my foot stuck in a hole, inner thigh muscles torn apart from a head-on collision where the handle bars connected at high speed.

Now, I just run my mouth.

Biking is where it's at though. Low impact.

I fear that as I get older because I too had knew surgery and there is a screw holding my whole knee together. :o:

should be fine for the rest of my life, I might get a brace in the future if it starts hurting

I agree, biking is a safe bet as I age and want to exercise. plus biking is huge in Connecticut

Dayum. Some kind of compression wrap would probably be beneficial I guess. That's what the old folks use. lol

I used to be kinda zippy though. I did the 2 mile run in 10:54 when I was in my early 20's. I was in track in school too. Seems like a lifetime ago...

The bix ey?

I have family out there in Davenport. Part of the family that I haven't communicated with in a long time though.

I still do some 5k's once in a while, but not as many as before I got back into discing. More walk than running and back when I smoked, I just wanted to get back to my cigs. Like the time I ran the last half of a 5k in jeans.

i took my uncles old bike and road the bike path to a place I wanted to take a photo. the seat was hard and hurt my ass lol

i might just plan to run to the park and around once each day while im here https://boxden.com/smilies/LSXkJiR.png

Your ass needs time to get used to biking. After a few days though your ass muscles bulk up and you'll have that sweet booty and be able to bike for miles. A thin seat also helps. They're not as comfortable at first but they're easier to sit on for long periods of time after your ass is on lock.

It's glutinous but if I'm flexing you'll hurt your hand trying to slap it.

Don't forget that recommended social distancing for runners is 15-65 feet.
