Nobody really does that.

You can bet on teams to win with a handicap though, +1, +2, +3 etc.

If you bet on Spain +2 they need to win by at least two goals for you to win your bet.

So sort of similar.

Well Spain just sacked their manager so that could go either way. Hard to say really. I reckon Spain will win if it's not a draw. What does your guy give for a draw, apart from busted kneecaps?

You can bet on a draw but otherwise it’s a push unless you’re betting a spread.

Soccer and baseball bets are usually handled by payout differences and not spreads.
