Those games must have been horribly uncomfortable and cramped.

I could handle insane cramped conditions at concerts when I was young but for sports not having any elbow room sounds ****ing miserable.

They were standing terraces back then, no seating. So you could fit more in. But probably cramped. I never stood on one as they were outlawed in the 90s before I started going.

People have died at the games before, being crushed to death, including at Rangers iirc.
