I've been modeling up a local course in 3D for a VR world. It's been controlling me and my time until I get it done, but once it's finished it'll be one really ****ing elaborate video game that you can't really do anything in but walk/fly around. Here's some images from the progress:

I grabbed a new laptop to work on this from anywhere. It's been annoying having to wait until I get to my 16 core PC with a 2080ti, so I grabbed a Dell G3 with 1660ti and it smokes. Not the same real estate screen-wise, but it handles 3DS Max, AutoCad, and Twinmotion really well.

I'll be randomly placing someone who plays there twice a day every day. It's a 2D png file with a transparent bg so he only appears at certain angles. Scary stuff.
